Thanks for your payment! We wanted to let you know that we’ve received it. Now let’s get started on your project.
From here on out, we’ll be using Slack for almost all communication. Slack keeps everyone connected and up to speed. Open your Slack invite from us and click ‘Join Slack’ to create an account. Keep your notifications turned on to ensure you haven’t missed any questions.
After you’ve joined you’ll be invited to a private group with your project name, which you will be able to see on the lefthand side of the page. This is where we can communicate and schedule everything project related. Anything you post in the Slack private group for your project will automatically notify your team.
Our first step will be to build you a team and get you introduced. We’ll do this part. Once we’ve assembled your team, we’ll be scheduling a 30-minute phone call with you via Slack to go over your vision. This is where your concept starts, so be prepared to answer detailed questions about how the app should look, feel, and work.
After our phone call, you get to sit back and relax. We need some time to work out the backend details. Putting together all the specs could take several business days, so we’ll notify you when we’ve finished. We’ll mark out the best way to ensure that you have a high-functioning product. We outline everything about the app’s structure. Doing this will allow us flexibility and will save us time. If we have any questions for you, we’ll ask them in Slack.
Otherwise, we’ll move forward with a project outline. This is a guide for what will be worked on when, and will serve as your roadmap for the development process. This is the strategy that makes your idea happen as efficiently as possible. When we’ve finished researching and outlining the project, you’ll receive it to review. Once you’ve had time to look it over, we’ll reach out (again, in Slack) to set up another phone call. This phone call is to go over the outline, address any changes, or answer any questions you may have.
After going over your outline with you, we’ll transition into the building phase. You can follow along with your project build in Slack, taking part in the conversation.
We love what we do, and we’re excited to get started.
